Don't you hate it when the computer corrects your writing without even telling you? I was complaining the other night to Daniel (he came to Tijuana again) and he said, "Hey, Mikey, you can shut the autocorrect off, you know...."
Oh, yeah, I knew that... [NOT].
So, he showed me. At the computer cafe on fourth street. They're moving soon. Auto correct, auto format, click click click, no, yes, no, no. Spelling, first word capitalization (FREE VERSE, please....), auto-hyphen, Auto_mangle AND

Daniel went to the CECUT on Monday and got a copy of the contest info sheet. The official information sheet in Spanish and in English. Made me a photocopy but I don't know if I'm gonna enter, I mean... he is, and....
Twenty days to get it together. Says he's gonna spend until the tenth writing, then five days revising, then mail it away. This gives him five days leeway in case he falls behind schedule, which He Will.
Pretty much sounds like he wants it, and well, yes, I want it too, it's perfect. A border poetry contest....
Why did it have to be him who saw it first!!!!
And what does it matter if he saw it first, anyway? He told me about it, didn't he?
Watch him morph (morf, worf) [?!]
into
me....
heh-heh | *grin* |
Meanwhile I am typing to perfect the use
of "table" tags in order to produce indents
in my lines of verse. "Blockquote" isn't
enough...
but that contest does sound good...
border poetry....
