I'm back!

My tourist card says my legal residence is in San Diego, and it is. My person/identity United States is/am registered to vote there and will vote there. All my legal being is resident there, in the city and county of San Diego, state of California, U.S. of A.

But when I cross over, and "come back" to Mexico, and Tijuana, I feel it. That shift in the world, that subtle violence of culture and identity and language Language LANGUAGE only thirty kilometers across the surface of our beloved planet Telus/Terra/Earth
